Ask Live is Live.

What that means is please log-in to Ask Live whenever you have a reference shift. Remember, if you can't answer a question, either invite/refer someone into the session that can help, or get them to tell you their email address, so that we can contact them via email, and then send the transcript to yourself when prompted, and forward it on to the appropriate person.

If there are questions about Ask Live, don't hesitate to ask any of us. We are all still trying to figure it out a bit.

Hectic scheduling :)

Ok. Just to sum things up from all the posts of shifts that are covered:

Kim needs off (and will be covered by):
January 29 1-5 (Jamie (since she can cover the whole shift)
February 2 5-9 (Erin)

Jamie needs off (and will be covered by):
January 15 5-9 (Erin)
January 17 12-4 (Erin)
January 22 5-9 (Erin)
January 24 12-4

That leaves Saturday, January 24, still available if there are any takers.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The library will only be open from 12 - 4 on January 19. Currently Natalie is scheduled to staff the desk during that time. Thanks Natalie. That means that no other shifts will be staffed. If you have a shift that day, enjoy your time off.
